Job summary

Genie PH is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to streamline daily warehouse operations, oversee inventory control, and schedule shipments. The role requires collaboration with procurement, carriers, and customer service teams, and involves both administrative tasks and floor supervision.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or Associate degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel, knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, and a meticulous eye for SKU accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years in warehouse operations or logistics coordination.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with SKU accuracy and quantity matching.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse section operations and activities.
• Monitor inbound and outbound warehouse transactions.
• Ensure inventory records use FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment activities.
• Verify physical inventory against system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare daily and weekly inventory status reports.
• Conduct and coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counting.
• Schedule incoming shipments and coordinate delivery dispatches.
• Coordinate dock door assignments and warehouse loading/unloading activities.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy and completeness.
