Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee the company’s warehouse, inventory, and distribution operations, ensuring efficient movement of imported FMCG products to distribution centers and customers.

The role covers multiple Distribution Centers across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, driving on-time deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and managing 3PLs for cost-efficient operations while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Distribution, or Supply Chain, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
• Experience handling multiple warehouses or Distribution Centers.
• Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing and able to travel to Distribution Centers nationwide as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations of Distribution Centers across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
• Ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, dispatching, and distribution of products.
• Manage nationwide delivery and distribution activities, including inter-island and inter-DC transfers.
• Coordinate incoming shipments from and ensure warehouse readiness for product receiving.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper implementation of FEFO (First Expiry, First Out).
• Monitor product damages, near-expiry stocks, slow-moving inventory, and inventory variances.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products to minimize product damage and breakage.
• Manage delivery requirements for Modern Trade/Key Accounts, including delivery schedules, receiving requirements, and service levels.
• Monitor logistics and warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, OTIF, fill rate, product damage, delivery performance, and logistics costs.
• Manage and evaluate third-party logistics providers, truckers, and other logistics partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, transportation utilization, and logistics costs.
• Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams across all Distribution Centers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, warehouse standards, and health and safety requirements.
