Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor (Retail/FMCG) in Quezon City, on-site, Monday to Friday. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, ensures accurate inventory control, and coordinates with logistics partners to meet delivery timelines.

The candidate will lead, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff, implement policies, monitor performance metrics, and prepare inventory reports. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics supervision (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Ensure accurate inventory control and conduct regular stock audits
• Coordinate with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams for timely deliveries
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures
• Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and workflow processes
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company regulations
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff performance
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, logistics performance, and operational metrics
• Resolve any issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, or delays
