Job summary

Fluency in English is required, with 6–12 months of F&B experience in luxury hospitality preferred. You will collaborate with Culinary, Front Office, and Stewarding to create memorable guest experiences while maintaining brand standards.

Job description

The Waitstaff will be assigned to In-Room Dinning and is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing professional, courteous, and personalized food and beverage service to hotel guests. This role ensures timely and accurate order delivery, maintains the highest standards of service and presentation, and creates memorable guest experiences through attentive and proactive service. The incumbent is expected to uphold hotel and brand standards while working collaboratively with Culinary, Stewarding, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, service-oriented, and eager to learn, with a passion for hospitality and guest engagement. They possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to interact confidently and professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds. Candidates should have 6–12 months of experience in hotel Food & Beverage operations or a reputable restaurant environment, with prior exposure to luxury hospitality and In-Room Dinning considered an advantage. Hotel Management education or hospitality-related training is preferred. Fluency in spoken and written English is required. The successful candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, basic cashiering skills, the ability to work under pressure, and thorough knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including upselling techniques and guest service etiquette.
