• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and answer questions about food and beverages, providing recommendations when appropriate.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Ensure all guests’ needs are met during their dining experience, addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and resetting tables.
• Process payments and provide guests with their bills in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Upsell food, drinks, and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

Qualifications
