PRIME BBQ KOREAN GRILL HOUSE in Angeles City, Pampanga, is seeking an enthusiastic Waitress/Waiter for a full-time role in our front-of-house team. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure a high standard of service in a busy Korean BBQ environment.

PRIME BBQ KOREAN GRILL HOUSE is seeking enthusiastic and professional Waitress/Waiter to join our dynamic hospitality team in Angeles City, Pampanga. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a member of our waiting staff, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, ensuring every guest receives prompt, courteous, and attentive service whilst dining at our restaurant. This role is essential to maintaining PRIME BBQ KOREAN GRILL HOUSE's reputation for excellence and hospitality.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them according to restaurant policies and procedures
• Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations about our Korean BBQ offerings and beverages
• Taking accurate food and drink orders whilst managing special requests and dietary requirements
• Communicating orders clearly to the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation
• Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally, following proper service standards and etiquette
• Checking in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional requests
• Managing table turnover efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests
• Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
• Working collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth operations
• Providing exceptional customer service to create memorable dining experiences that encourage repeat visits

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a waiter, waitress, or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in busy environments
• Outstanding customer service orientation and genuine passion for hospitality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices
• Physical stamina to remain on your feet for extended periods and carry items safely

• Reliability and punctuality with a positive and team-focused attitude
• Familiarity with Korean cuisine or Korean BBQ dining experiences is desirable but not essential
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Relevant certifications in food safety or customer service are advantageous
