Job summary

PRIME BBQ KOREAN GRILL HOUSE in Angeles City, Pampanga, is seeking an enthusiastic Waitress/Waiter for a full-time role in our front-of-house team. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure a high standard of service in a busy Korean BBQ environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in waiter/waitress or similar hospitality role.
• Excellent English communication; other languages a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm in busy environments.
• Outstanding customer service orientation and passion for hospitality.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Physical stamina to stand and carry items.
• Reliable and punctual with a team-focused attitude.
• Korean cuisine knowledge desirable.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certifications in food safety or customer service are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate orders and manage dietary requests.
• Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar for timely prep.
• Serve food and drinks promptly with proper etiquette.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle requests.
• Manage table turnover while keeping dining area clean.
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and reset tables.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and management for smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional service to encourage repeat visits.
