About the role

RVD FOOD GROUP is seeking a dedicated and professional Waiter/Food Attendant to join our hospitality team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position available on an urgent basis. As a Waiter, you will be the frontline ambassador of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to our guests whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy. This role is essential to creating memorable dining experiences and driving guest satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests warmly and seating them at appropriate tables in a timely manner

• Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff

• Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring orders are correct and meet quality standards

• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest enquiries and provide recommendations

• Clearing and resetting tables between service periods, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation

• Handling payments and processing transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems

• Responding to guest requests and resolving any concerns with courtesy and efficiency

• Maintaining awareness of table management to optimise seating arrangements and table turnover

• Adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols at all times

• Assisting with side work duties including restocking supplies and preparing the dining area for service
