Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Restaurant Server, Waiter/Waitress, or similar role.
• Experience in casual dining, cafés, hotels, or full-service restaurants is highly preferred.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of proper dining and table service procedures.
• Well-groomed, courteous, and professional.
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tables.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned in White Plains, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and answer guest questions confidently.
• Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders.
• Provide attentive table service throughout the guest's dining experience.
• Ensure orders are served accurately and promptly.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
• Check on guests and respond appropriately to their requests.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalated issues when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper table setup.
• Follow restaurant service standards, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other dining operations as needed.
