Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
14+ years in asset management, asset servicing, or institutional client service.
Experience leading teams and managing complex client servicing operations.
Proven ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams with clear goals and accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of client account management professionals with coaching for high performance.
Oversee client servicing across portfolios to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
Serve as senior escalation point for complex client, regulatory, and reputational matters.
Partner with senior stakeholders across investments, product, operations, technology, legal, compliance, risk, and business management.
Drive strategic servicing initiatives and operating model enhancements for scalability and controls.
Establish and maintain service standards, governance routines, and control mechanisms.
