Job summary

JPMorganChase in Philippines is seeking an Client Onboarding Associate to lead new account onboarding for institutional clients. You will coordinate across teams, track milestones, and drive a controlled launch, acting as the primary client contact throughout onboarding and delivery.

You will identify risks early, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement to strengthen the client experience, working with global onboarding partners to standardize processes.

Responsibilities

• Project manage end-to-end onboarding for institutional clients
• Coordinate account lifecycle events and custody changes
• Act as primary client contact during onboarding and delivery
• Lead meetings to align scope, timelines and dependencies
• Maintain onboarding docs, checklists, and project plans
• Execute control checkpoints and approvals
• Apply SME knowledge in procedures and risk controls
• Collaborate with internal teams for operational readiness
• Communicate status and risks, escalate when needed
• Support global onboarding partners with best practices
• Identify and implement process improvements
