Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, or investment operations supporting institutional clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive deliverables with limited supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align priorities and deadlines across multiple levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for reporting and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Demonstrated control mindset, including maintaining documentation and adhering to quality checks and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively with local and global teams across different cultures and working styles.

Responsibilities

• Support primary client account managers by coordinating responses to client servicing requests and managing expectations on timelines and deliverables.
• Process account maintenance activities, including account openings, cash flows, contact updates, reporting setup, fee and invoice setup, and guideline-related updates.
• Coordinate with internal partners (for example, investment specialists, portfolio managers, trading, cash management, guideline management, and client reporting) to complete client deliverables.
• Manage complex and sensitive servicing activities with limited supervision while meeting service-level expectations.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc client reports and materials using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Maintain a clear audit trail and follow applicable procedures, including quality control and maker-checker requirements.
• Identify operational, client, and control risks, and escalate issues promptly with clear analysis and recommended next steps.
• Support workload prioritization, coverage planning, and task allocation during peak periods, absences, or business-critical events.
• Communicate status, dependencies, and outcomes clearly and concisely to stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of servicing processes and the overall client experience
