Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset.

• Patience, empathy and emotional intelligence when dealing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide accurate product and service information, address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company database.
• Follow company protocols and maintain quality standards and compliance.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Meet performance metrics including call handling time, response time and customer satisfaction scores.
• Participate in training programs and continuous development to enhance skills and product knowledge.
