Responsibilities

  • Manages and directs the implementation of plans, programs, projects and services of the school.
  • Provides management inputs to the provincial, regional and/or national offices of TESDA.
  • Prepares institutional development plans.
  • Develops and implements income generating projects.
  • Develops and implements facilities and equipment maintenance system.
  • Establishes and maintains linkages with external partners in education, local community and industry.
  • Facilitates the provision of consultancy, technical assistance to partners and clients.
  • Develops human resource complement.
  • Facilitates monitoring and evaluation of programs, projects and services.
  • Evaluates the performance of school personnel.
  • Directs and supervises the school financial and administrative matters.

POSITION: VOCATIONAL SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR I

OFFICE: LASAM INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (LIT), TESDA REGION II
SALARY: SG-22 (PhP 81,796.00) PERA: P2,000.00
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2025 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2025 or July to December 2025(if applicable) (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable);
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
