TESDA Office LASAM Institute of Technology (LIT) in Region II seeks a Vocational School Administrator I to lead school programs and administrative operations. The role includes directing plans, supervising staff, and coordinating with TESDA offices on development and support services.
The incumbent will oversee facilities, funding, HR, and performance evaluations, ensuring strong external linkages and compliance with TESDA policies. Salary SG-22 applies.
15 % - Manages and directs the implementation of plans, programs, projects and services of the school;10 % - Provides management inputs to the provincial, regional and/or national offices of TESDA;5 % - Prepares institutional development plans;5 % - Develops and implements income generating projects;10 % - Develops and implements facilities and equipment maintenance system;10 % - Establishes and maintains linkages with external partners in education, local community and industry;10 % - Facilitates the provision of consultancy, technical assistance to partners and clients;10 % - Develops human resource complement;5 % - Facilitates the monitoring and evaluation of programs, projects and services;10 % - Evaluates the performance of school personnel; and10 % - Directs and supervises the school financial and administrative matters.
