POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III (RE-OPEN)

OFFICE: LEARNING DEVELOPMENT DIVISION (LDD), NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT (NITESD), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-9 (PhP 24, 329.00)PERA: P2,000.00
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- 20 % - Develops/maintains an efficient and effective filing and documentation system (hard and e-copy);
- 15 % - Prepares materials and provides administrative support during meetings, TESDA Technology Institutions Administrators’ conferences conducted by the Division;
- 20 % - Facilitates/Prepares DV, ORS, Certificates and other supporting documents for payments (mobile, PLDT, RATA, Travels, Catering Services, and S/M Suppliers);
- 10 % - Regularly checks the Division’s emails and TESDA RMIS, and provides feedback on matters related to the Division’s functions;
- 10 % - Prepares/Consolidates and monitors the Division’s APP, records management, and other administrative related required reports;
- 10 % - Performs general administrative duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filling, and coordination with other offices, among others;
- 5 % - Maintains a monitoring system of the Division’s meetings and hosting both local/international visits;
- 5 % - Schedules and/or updates schedule of meetings and appointment of LDD staff using the google calendar; Monitors the Division’s supplies and materials, functionality of machines and equipment, furniture and fixture, lighting power supply, among others;
- 5 % - Performs other administrative functions as may be assigned.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Complete of 2 years of studies in college (prior to 2018), OR High School graduate with relevant vocational/trade course (prior to 2018), OR Completion of Grade 12/Senior High School under Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Track, OR Completion of Grade 10/Junior High School with relevant vocational/trade course (TESDA NC II) (starting 2018)Experience: 1 year of relevant experienceTraining: 4 hours of relevant trainingEligibility: Relevant MC 11,s. 1996/ Career Service (Sub-Professional)/ First Level Eligibility

- Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;

- Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
