Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Visa Supervisor to oversee daily visa processing operations in Metro Manila. The role focuses on timely handling of applications, team coordination, and escalations, with responsibilities spanning client segments including seafarers, sub-agents, and walk-ins.

The ideal candidate has supervisory or senior-level experience, strong knowledge of visa documentation, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Maritime or travel agency experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Experience in visa processing, travel, or related industry.
• At least supervisory or senior-level experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of visa documentation and processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple applications and work under pressure.
• Experience handling maritime or travel agency accounts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day visa processing activities and ensure timely completion of applications
• Handle visa applications for various client segments including seafarers, sub-agents, and walk-in clients
• Review documents and ensure completeness and accuracy based on embassy requirements
• Assist in handling escalations, urgent requests, and priority cases
• Support VIP client handling when needed
• Coordinate with embassies, agencies, and partners for updates and processing requirements
• Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to service standards
• Provide guidance and support to visa processing staff
• Maintain accurate records, tracking, and reporting of visa applications
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations
