Job summary

RELX International in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented events professional to support end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event processes for conferences and webinars. You will ensure content accuracy, technical readiness, and seamless coordination with speakers, sponsors, and internal teams.

You will manage speaker assets, configure registration pages, provide live session support, and deliver post-event analytics to drive improvements for virtual experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in events, operations, or back-office support.
• Experience working with global or cross-functional stakeholders is an advantage.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms and Gleanin is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools to support workflows.

Responsibilities

• Content Management & Pre-Production: manage speaker data, assets, and registration pages.
• Event Execution (Production): provide technical support during live sessions and moderate as needed.
• Post-Event Reporting & Analytics: download, clean, and deliver performance reports.
• Stakeholder & Operational Support: coordinate with Business Units, Marketing, Sales, Legal and Sponsors.
• Core Functions: ensure content accuracy, data handling, and efficient collaboration.
