Job summary

RELX is seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist in the Philippines to support campaign execution and event logistics. You will coordinate project activities, maintain marketing systems, and assist with data management and reporting.

You will work closely with Marketing Managers and Senior Specialists to ensure campaigns and events are delivered on time, accurately, and within guidelines. This role requires strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in dealing with internal/external customers.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload across multiple customer groups.
• Experience with marketing tools and project management.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven customer service skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across channels.
• Assist with campaign setup, scheduling, tracking, and deliverables coordination.
• Maintain and update project tasks and timelines in Monday.com.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, creatives, and vendors to meet deadlines.
• Monitor tasks and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support QA reviews of marketing materials and assets prior to deployment.
• Maintain campaign documentation and project records.
• Help implement process improvements and operational activities.
