Relx Plc in the Philippines seeks an entry-level Event Operations professional to assist in event planning, logistics, exhibitor support, and on-site execution under supervision. You will handle inquiries, support registrations, and help with documentation and reporting using standard office software.

Under established procedures, you will contribute to delivering events on time and within budget, while developing core skills in operations, data collection, and communication across teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center environment.
• Experience in email and chat support and call handling.
• Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support business objectives.
