Job summary

Equiniti’s Notified division seeks a Webcast Manager to coordinate client webcast and virtual events. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners, handling planning, configuration, testing, live delivery, and post-event activities to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires guiding event requirements, coordinating technical needs, and supporting incident reviews and process improvements, with a flexible hybrid schedule in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in webcasting, virtual events, or live production.
• Experience delivering live events with deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication; client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage webcast and virtual events from handoff to post-event completion.
• Serve as primary client contact on event requirements and platform capabilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timelines and handoffs.
• Configure and test webcast platforms and prepare event content (presentations, audio/video).
• Support live, recorded, and on-demand events with quality checks and issue resolution.
