Notified, the investor relations and public relations technology partner, seeks a Supervisor, Event Services in Metro Manila. You will lead a team that plans and delivers IR webcasts, conference calls, and communications events for high-visibility clients, balancing priorities and ensuring on-time, high-quality execution.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in webcasting, conferencing, virtual events, or live production.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities and make decisions under live-event conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team delivering investor relations webcasts and conference calls.
• Coach and support team members; set performance goals and development plans.
• Ensure events meet client specs and internal standards; manage coverage and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth event delivery.
• Stay current on webcast technologies and industry trends; manage client relationships end-to-end.
