Quess (Philippines) Corp is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Cebu City team for virtual processing. You will handle inquiries via calls, email, and chat, and provide accurate information with a friendly, customer-focused approach.

A senior high school or college graduate with at least 6 months in customer service is welcome, and English communication is essential. This remote role requires flexibility with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Competenze
