Job summary

Quess (Philippines) Corp is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving concerns across multiple channels. You will provide excellent support and maintain accurate records of interactions.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed. A background in CSR or BPO is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

• College graduate with good communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic computer navigation and data entry skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Previous Customer Service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities
