Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, effective solutions or elevate complex problems to the appropriate department.
• Process orders, updates, cancellations, and returns accurately within internal management systems.
• Educate customers on product features, pricing, policies, and procedures to ensure clarity and transparency.
• Log all customer interactions, feedback, and resolution steps accurately in the CRM or ticketing database.
• Relay recurring customer pain points and product improvement suggestions to internal teams.
