Job summary

Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels Inc. invites applications for a Concierge role to assist guests with information on facilities, attractions, and dining options.

You will curate personalized itineraries, manage reservations, and coordinate with departments to fulfill requests promptly. The successful candidate will have strong English skills, prior concierge or front-office exposure, and a hospitality certificate.

Qualifications

• Good command of both written and spoken English; knowledge of another foreign language is advantage.
• Minimum relevant experience of Concierge/ Bell Service in the Hotel is an advantage.
• Relevant experience of Front Office in the Hotel industry is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and engaging information about hotel facilities, local attractions, restaurants, entertainment venues, and other points of interest.
• Curate and arrange personalized itineraries, tours, and experiences based on guests' individual interest and preferences.
• Handle restaurant reservations and special arrangements while considering guests' dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local partners, service providers, and vendors to enhance guest offers.
• Maintain an updated and comprehensive database of local information, including events, transportation options, and contract directories.
• Coordinate efficiently with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure timely completion of guest request.
• Ensure the Concierge Desk remains organized, presentable and fully stocked with brochures, maps, and information materials
• Actively promote hotel facilities and dining outlets through informed recommendations and product knowledge.
• Monitor and maintain all Concierge equipment and ensure readiness for operational use.
• Assist guests with the airline-related services such as booking, rebooking and ticket purchases.
• Send daily weather forecast and flight alerts to relevant teams through established communication channels.
• Update and manage bulletin boards, directories, and other guest communication materials.
• Handle incoming calls and emails courteously and respond to all guest inquiries in a timely manner
• Record track, and assign guest requests through the dispatching or ticketing system.
