Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely guest services for VIP and Villa guests.
• Handle reservations, transportation, restaurant bookings, and show tickets.
• Upsell rooms, limo services, spa and F&B offerings.
• Maintain guest information and ensure confidentiality.
