Reca Resort Inc. is seeking a poised Front Desk Associate to oversee guest arrivals, check-ins, and departures with a focus on personalized service in a luxury setting.

You will guide guests through the resort experience, recommending amenities and local attractions while maintaining professionalism under peak hours. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Communication: Fluent in English and Filipino; maintains a calm, professional tone.
• Tech Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office; experience with hotel front office software (PMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and perform efficient check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and adherence to resort policies.
• Provide concierge services and recommendations for resort amenities and local attractions.
• Manage reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins using the PMS.
• Address guest needs and concerns with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Process payments, manage petty cash, and ensure accurate billing for stays and services.
• Communicate guest requests to Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure a smooth stay.
