Binance VIP & Institutional Team is seeking a motivated bilingual contractor to cover SEA markets. This hybrid role blends Key Account Coverage with Sales, focusing on top VIP clients and new onboarding while meeting clear targets for growth and service quality.

You will lead client relationships, analyze trading patterns for upsell opportunities, and coordinate with Compliance, Product, and Security to ensure seamless support across a global, remote-friendly team.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative trading-related field.
• Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, macroeconomics, and financial trading concepts.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities; independent work style.
• Proficient with data tools/spreadsheets; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of existing VIP clients in SEA.
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day queries, issue resolution, and product support.
• Analyse user behaviour and trading patterns to identify upsell opportunities and client needs.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Product, and Security to ensure smooth client servicing.
• Prepare client analysis reports and track key accounts.
