Job summary

Binance VIP & Institutional Team is seeking a sales professional to acquire and manage a portfolio of global institutional and VIP clients. You will expand existing relationships, understand client needs, and drive service excellence through structured processes. Fluency in English and a crypto-driven mindset are essential.

The role offers work-from-home options within an international team, with opportunities to travel for bespoke client events and high-level engagements in the crypto market.

Qualifications

3–5 years of sales and client services experience within an international financial setting.
Experience handling institutional clients, HNW individuals, brokers, or prop firms.
Proven track record of building trust and managing key accounts.
Excellent communication, relationship maintenance, and pressure handling.
Passion for crypto; industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Acquire and develop trust with a portfolio of global institutional/VIP clients.
Grow relationships through ongoing communication and needs assessment.
