Neo Group, a Malta-based startup, seeks a VIP Account Manager to own the English-speaking VIP portfolio for a major client. You will drive retention strategies and translate regional growth goals into tailored operational support.

You will build strong relationships with the client's VIP customers, proactively engage, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver elite experiences, events, promotions, and bespoke rewards across time zones.

Qualifications

• Near perfect English, both written and spoken, as this will be the primary language of operations.
• Previous VIP account management or similar customer-facing experience is required.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the client's VIP customers.
• Proactive Engagement: Proactively engage with the client's VIP base to understand needs and goals.
• Personalized Offerings: Provide tailored recommendations and bespoke offers to VIPs.
• Primary Point Of Contact: Act as the main liaison for English-speaking VIPs and resolve issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to deliver elite VIP experiences and rewards.
• Behavioral Analysis: Monitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.
• Strategic Development: Align VIP strategies with client stakeholders and growth goals.
• Market Nuance & Trends: Stay updated on trends to keep the client competitive.
