Crypto Pro Network is seeking a talented individual for the Binance Accelerator Program. This fixed-term position offers early career talent a unique opportunity in the rapidly growing Web3 space. Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed‑term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. Responsibilities

• Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs
• Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers
• Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback

Requirements

• Sales experience (customer acquisition/origination), having had a clear sales KPI
• Familiar with the use of a CRM tool
• Worked autonomously within a sales team. Experience in working with regional sales teams and in attending and hosting events to acquire new customers.
• Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks and etc
• Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure
• Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
