Neo Group in Malta-based startup is seeking a VIP Account Manager to own an English-speaking VIP portfolio for a major client. You will drive retention, tailor experiences, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver premium service.

This role requires near-perfect English, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work across multiple time zones (UTC+10 to UTC+13). You will be the primary contact for VIP clients and help expand regional growth.

Formación

• Near perfect English, both written and spoken
• VIP account management or similar customer-facing role
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for service
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive insights
• Experience in iGaming/entertainment or fast-paced industries is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with the client's VIP customers, providing exceptional service and support reflecting the brand.
• Proactive Engagement: Engage with VIPs to understand needs, preferences, and gameplay goals.
• Personalized Offerings: Provide tailored recommendations and bespoke offers to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
• Primary Point Of Contact: Act as main liaison for English-speaking VIPs, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to deliver elite VIP experiences, invitations, promotions and rewards.
• Behavioral Analysis: Monitor VIP activity to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.
• Strategic Development: Develop and execute strategies for VIP acquisition and retention.
• Market Nuance & Trends: Stay updated on VIP trends to stay competitive.
