Job summary

Binance is seeking a proactive Community Manager to drive engagement across local social channels and forums, build vibrant community programs, and coordinate cross-functional marketing efforts in a fast-paced crypto environment.

You will design and execute campaigns, manage ambassadors and events, and collaborate with BD, Marketing, and research teams globally. English fluency and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
• 2+ years experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, ambassador program, event series, or email newsletters).
• 1+ year experience managing online/offline events; proven track record engaging communities via Telegram or similar channels.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency terminologies and trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours to interact with the crypto community.
• Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute all marketing efforts with a hands-on approach across strategy, briefs, execution, and measurement.
• Develop new content, channels, creatives, and ideas for experimentation and growth.
• Grow our community across Local Social Channels to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Moderate local forums, social platforms, and chat groups to boost positive engagement.
• Identify avenues to build community, manage KOL/Affiliates, and design incentive programs.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration (BD, Marketing, leads, market research, data requests).
• Brainstorm and implement online/offline events; manage budgeting, invoicing, and vendor negotiations.
