Job summary

Binance is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist for Southeast Asia to drive community initiatives, campaigns, content creation, and events across the region. This remote role focuses on engaging crypto communities and coordinating with internal teams.

You will manage online and offline events, build relationships with KOLs and affiliates, and optimize campaigns while ensuring strong growth and engagement across social channels.

Qualifications

• Proven community management experience with ownership and emotional intelligence.
• 2+ years launching community initiatives (online forum, ambassador program, event series, newsletter, social media).
• 1+ year experience managing online/offline events; proven track record engaging communities via Telegram or similar channels.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency terminologies and trends.
• Flexibility to work stretched hours to interact with the crypto community.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute all marketing efforts with a hands-on approach, from strategy to measurement.
• Develop content, channels, creatives for experimentation and growth.
• Grow our community via Local Social Channels to increase reach and engagement.
• Moderate local forums and chat groups to boost positive engagement.
• Identify avenues to build community, KOL/Affiliates management.
• Design and implement incentive programs to promote engagement and growth.
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration with Binance BD, Marketing, and research.
• Brainstorm and implement online/offline event plans and concepts.
• Manage budgeting, invoicing, and vendor negotiations for events and program finance.
