Job summary

Gratitude Philippines in Quezon City is seeking a Multilingual Language - Vietnamese specialist for onsite customer support. The role requires fluent Vietnamese and English for training and client systems, plus handling interactions across phone, chat, and email.

The position offers shifting/night shifts with ASAP availability, a monthly salary of ₱39,112.60 to ₱80,159.33 (negotiable), a ₱20,000 sign-on bonus plus incentives, and potential for permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese and able to communicate professionally in English as needed.
• Working knowledge of English is required; training and client systems are in English.
• PH-based candidate with valid working VISA; Temporary Resident Visa accepted for non-Filipino applicants.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, chat, email, or other support channels.
• Provide customer support in English and Vietnamese.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information and general support needs.

*Job Qualifications:*

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
• Speak fluently and spontaneously in the Vietnamese language
• Use the language effectively in a professional environment
• Understand complex and extended conversations, including implied meanings
• Working knowledge of English is needed; training and client systems are in English
• The primary language for customer interaction remains the languages specified
• Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required
• Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred but not required
• Candidate must be able to work in PH and with a valid working VISA
• Also accepts Temporary Resident Visa for non-Filipino applicants.
