Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is hiring a multilingual customer service agent fluent in Vietnamese to join our onsite Quezon City team. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, chat and email, delivering accurate information and friendly service.

English proficiency is required; BPO experience is not mandatory though knowledge of Collections is a plus. This full-time on-site role operates on shifting/night schedules with a competitive monthly salary and sign-on incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent and spontaneous in Vietnamese.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• BPO experience is NOT required.
• Collections experience is highly preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) is an advantage.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
• Valid working visa required for non-Filipino applicants.
• Temporary Resident Visa holders may also be considered.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting/night-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and other channels.
• Provide customer support in Vietnamese and English.
• Assist with account, billing, service, and product-related concerns.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Build positive customer relationships through excellent service.
