Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an accomplished Sales Director with 10–15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, including senior management roles in the food service and hospitality industry. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is an advantage.

Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, strategic planning, customer service, and familiarity with MS Office. Ability to travel internationally (about 3x/year) and domestically monthly is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
• Master's degree in a business-related field is an advantage.
• At least 10-15 years of progressive sales experience, with a significant portion in senior sales leadership or executive management.
• Proven experience as a Sales Director, Sales Head, AVP for Sales, VP for Sales, or similar senior-level position.
• With extensive experience in a sales leadership position.
• With extensive experience in the food service and hospitality industry.
• With excellent knowledge of and experience in project management.
• With in-depth knowledge of sales strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
• With strong working knowledge of the Company's products, competitive products, and the market, (i.e., kitchen and laundry equipment for Quick Service Restaurants, Hotels, Casinos, Resorts).
• With excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• With strong strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• With strong propensity for numbers.
• With experience in MS Office Suite, i.e., Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• Able to travel to international destinations (e.g., 3x a year) and domestic destinations by air (e.g., once a month)
