Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an Executive to lead Sales at the Vice President level.

This on-site role in Makati requires over 10 years of experience in food service/hospitality and a strong background in sales strategy, forecasting, and executive communication. The successful candidate will manage the department’s P&L, design incentive programs, and close high-value commercial opportunities while collaborating with other executives to ensure flawless execution of large-scale

Qualifications

• Industry leadership experience in Food Service and Hospitality
• Knowledge of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment for QSRs, Hotels, Casinos, and Resorts
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Master’s a big advantage
• Strong financial data analysis skills with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to travel internationally ~3x/year and domestically ~1x/month

Responsibilities

• Sales Architecture: design, implement, and manage forecasting, quota structures, and incentive programs
• Own department P&L; review profitability of quotations and proposals
• Manage key institutional accounts and negotiate/close high-value opportunities
• Identify sales process gaps, inspect quality metrics, and drive improvement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales Architecture: Design, implement, and manage sales forecasting, quota structures, and high-performance incentive programs
• Financial & Asset Governance: Own department P&L. Review profitability of quotations/project proposals and optimize Inventory + Accounts Receivable
• Deal Closing & Relations: Manage key institutional accounts and negotiate/close high-value commercial opportunities
• Process Engineering: Identify sales process gaps, inspect quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with other executive departments to ensure flawless execution of large-scale projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Industry Expertise: Extensive leadership experience in Food Service and Hospitality Industry
• Market Authority: Deep knowledge of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment for QSRs, Hotels, Casinos, and Resorts
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required. MBA/Master’s in business-related field is a big advantage
• Analytical Skills: Strong with financial data + advanced MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Global Mobility: Willing to travel internationally ∼3x/year and domestically ∼1x/month
