Job summary

Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel in the Philippines seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive total revenue by sourcing and securing sales opportunities and by leading a sales team. You will focus on expanding corporate accounts, optimizing client engagement, and building a high-performing sales culture.

You will participate in Strategic Business and Operating Plans, forecast expenditures, and provide executive advisory support to meet ambitious hotel goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years hotel experience.
• Senior Sales Manager, or equivalent position.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or certifications is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
