Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in the Philippines seeks a highly organized Vendor Compliance and Property Accounting Specialist to support vendor compliance, COIs, W-9s, utility accounts, invoice processing, rent billing review, and daily cash reporting across multiple properties.

The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records, monitor billing discrepancies, coordinate with vendors and utility providers, and help ensure timely payments in a fast-paced property management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Administration, Bookkeeping, or Property Accounting.
• Experience in Real Estate, Property Management or Hospitality environments is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain vendor compliance documentation across multiple properties and entities.
• Monitor vendor insurance policy expirations and obtain updated COIs; identify non-compliant vendors before payments.
• Set up and manage utility accounts (electricity, gas, water/sewer, telecom, waste) for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Review invoices for accuracy; match against contracts, POs, and approved proposals; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare daily cash reports across multiple bank accounts and entities for management review.
