Job summary

Vestas in the Philippines seeks an Accounts Payable specialist to join our Global Finance Shared Service Centre. You will perform end-to-end vendor account reviews, resolve invoice issues, and collaborate with Procurement and business stakeholders to ensure timely postings and payments.

The role requires solid SAP S/4 HANA experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple vendors within strict SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy/finance/business or related area.
• Minimum of three (3) years in end-to-end Accounts Payable.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end vendor account reviews and issue resolution.
• Review and resolve parked/blocked invoices with stakeholders.
• GR/IR analysis and write-offs as needed.
• Maintain audit trails and assist closing activities.
• Identify process improvements for timely payments.
