Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Services Sales Coordinator II in the Philippines to support end-to-end processing of service contract orders within the Services organization. You will ensure service accuracy, timely processing, and maintain strong support for internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities include applying company policies, referencing past practices for resolution, and working under supervision with guidance from senior peers for complex scenarios.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in business administration is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry with accurate typing.
• Familiarity with Oracle/EBS systems is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, phone and email etiquette.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to multitask.
