Schneider Electric is seeking a Purchasing Support Coordinator in Cavite to provide procurement support across the UK Digital Energy business and NAM. You will assist with supplier onboarding, vendor management, PO creation, and data reporting, while developing expertise in Smartsheet and Tableau to drive process improvements.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and MS 365, and a proactive mindset to learn and own tasks across regions.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience within procurement, supply chain, or a related corporate business environment would be advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn, investigate issues and take ownership of activities through to completion.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review and interpret data and communicate key findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders across functions and regions.

Responsabilidades

• Support UK Digital Energy Procurement and NAM procurement activities.
• Onboard suppliers and manage vendor activities including SAP MDG and Avetta blocks/unblocks.
• Provide PO creation and approvals support using SAP Logon.
• Develop understanding of the Digital Energy business and supplier base.
• Analyze procurement data and prepare clear reports.
• Learn Smartsheet workflows and automation for digital procurement.
• Maintain procurement Smartsheets and Tableau dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual tasks.
• Maintain data quality and governance in procurement tools.
• Coordinate OneTrust cybersecurity assessments and vendor documentation in NAM.
• Support Quarterly Global Procurement Reporting and panel program setup.
