Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficient MS Word, Excel and Outlook usage.
• Strong typing skills (at least 35 wpm).
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Excellent organizational abilities and deadline management.
• Experience in the multifamily industry is preferred.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Place outbound calls to obtain additional information.
• Address customer concerns and answer questions.
• Research inquiries using available resources.
• Process payments and enrollment requests.
• Contact non-enrolled vendors to initiate enrollment.
• Escalate issues to the designated resource.
• Maintain accurate records of correspondence and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer objectives.
• Provide timely follow-up on all inquiries.
• Assist with additional special projects as needed.
