Eastvantage is hiring a Student Enrollment Assistant to support outbound student calls and deliver exceptional service during the enrollment process.

The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining data integrity, and meeting service level commitments. After a six-month onsite assignment in Ortigas, Pasig, the position shifts to a remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year BPO experience in Customer Service.
• Strong organizational ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable, self-motivated, flexible.
• Strong attention to details.
• Proficient in working with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• The candidate must be amenable to onsite in Ortigas, Pasig and willing to report onsite for six months, then transition to WFH.

Job Description

• Responding to enquiries and assist students primarily via telephone, email, and chat.

• Maintain data integrity protocols, ensuring it is consistently and accurately recorded.
• Undertake such other duties as may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and the needs of the business.
