Job summary

Responsibilities include identifying discrepancies, resolving aged items, maintaining reconciliation trackers, and ensuring compliance with policies and controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in P2P processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience in reporting & compliance with strict timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and periodic reconciliation of vendor statements against AP ledgers.
• Identify discrepancies such as missing invoices, duplicate invoices, unapplied credits, debit notes, and payment differences.
• Investigate and resolve aged outstanding items with internal teams and suppliers.
• Maintain reconciliation trackers and ensure timely closure of exceptions.
• Review vendor account balances and open items regularly.
• Liaise with vendors to obtain statements and supporting documentation.
• Ensure vendor records reflect outstanding liabilities and payments.
• Collaborate with Invoice Processing, Payment, Procurement and Master Data teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate unresolved items within established timelines.
• Ensure corrective accounting entries are processed where required.
• Prepare reconciliation status reports and ageing analysis.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for reconciliations.
