Job summary

Arm Limited is seeking an proactive Operations Analyst to join our Vendor Management team, handling onboarding and lifecycle activities while owning operational tooling, reporting and automation. You will work with Jira, Power BI and Power Automate to deliver clear visibility into performance and risks.

The role requires strong data skills, collaboration with global stakeholders and a proactive, process-driven mindset to streamline workflows and controls across the vendor ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor management, onboarding, or operations.
• Proficient in Jira and Microsoft tools, incl. Power BI and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Onboard/offboard vendors and manage lifecycle activities across stakeholders.
• Maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards and reporting.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting for operational visibility.
• Create Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate vendor data and support governance reviews.
• Identify opportunities to automate and document processes.
