Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Staffing) is seeking an experienced procurement professional to support stakeholders through the procurement‑to‑payment process. You will manage tendering, vendor onboarding, contract documentation, and purchase orders in a dynamic environment.

The role requires at least 5 years in procurement, strong governance understanding, and proficiency with SAP/Sesami and eProcurement platforms. Power Automate, Power Apps, and BI dashboard development are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Business, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience; experience in compliance/governance is an advantage and highly regarded/preferred
• Supervisory experience is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes; accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Meticulous, analytical, and strong in problem‑solving.
• Proficient in systems such as SAP, Sesami, and electronic procurement platforms.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or BI dashboard development is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support business stakeholders throughout the procurement‑to‑payment process.
• Execute end‑to‑end tendering and contracting activities, including: Preparing and publishing tender documents; Onboarding vendors into the eProcurement system; Preparing contract documentation; Creating purchase orders; Following up on outstanding invoices.
• Monitor and report procurement service‑level performance to management.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes or automate workflows using tools such as Power Automate or other low‑code solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement effectiveness and efficiency.
• Review quotations to ensure that they are clear and adhere to procurement rules and guidelines.
