Job summary

CommandLink is seeking a Vendor Operations Analyst for a 100% remote role. You will own the Quote Tool and vendor data, ensuring accuracy across platforms, and act as the main contact for vendors, Sales, and internal teams.

You will analyze platform data to surface insights, build vendor scorecards, and support regional pricing strategies. A hands-on, proactive, data-driven mindset is essential in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or purchasing is required.
• Strong Excel and data tracking skills are essential.
• Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from data.
• Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-starting, and thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly without deep technical background.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Quote Tool and related data to ensure a single source of truth.
• Acquire vendor information and load it into the Platform, SharePoint, and Quote Tool.
• Analyze data to identify trends, build vendor scorecards, and track KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pricing to shape regional strategy and vendor onboarding.
• Work with Dev team on vendor API onboarding and maintenance.
• Serve as point of contact for vendor/escalations and onboarding updates.
• Take on additional projects to support team success.
