Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking an organised Operations & Process Support Analyst to assist day-to-day operations across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain. You will ensure accurate processing of business transactions, manage workflows, and respond to user queries.

The role involves onboarding, training, and working with internal teams to improve processes, with hybrid/flexidesk arrangements and a typical day schedule in a shared services environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business operations, administration, ERP support.
• Experience processing transactions and managing operational workflows.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
• Support purchase orders, requisitions, invoices, and inventory.
• Monitor work queues, approvals, exceptions, and overdue activities.
• Ensure transactions are accurate and processed within service levels.
• Respond to user queries and provide guidance on standard processes.
• Assist with user onboarding, training, and adoption activities.
• Escalate issues to support teams and follow up on resolutions.
• Support process documentation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
